I'm re-installing wiring in my 72 Chevelle and am experiencing a couple on problems.
One is I am getting voltage on all three prongs on of the plug for the headlight. This is true for both beadlights. I replaced the light switch. The headlights will not come on.
Two is the turn signals dont work. The tail lights will work if I turn the emergency flashers on. I replaced the flasher in the fuse box to no avail.
Any assitance would be greatly appreciate it.

"getting voltage on all three prongs on of the plug for the headlight"

Getting voltage on the ground prong means it is not grounded and no ground to the headlights means no workie.

Front turn signals and headlights each have a 20g black wire that grounds to the radiator support. Headlight connectors run a wire to the side of the headlight and fasten with a sheet metal screw and a star washer to a hole in the radiator core support. Without this ground connection, the lights can receive +voltage but will not light up without the ground to complete the electrical circuit.
