I have an 86 cutlass (just untill the SS is done) but i believe i need new springs in the rear. I bottom out even in small dips in the road, and when i have passengers in the back seat, the tires rub against the fenders on a smooth road. I know the tires are a little to big-295/60/15's which are going to become 275's soon but i was wondering if anyone new of a stiff performance spring that didnt lower the car at all. The tires hit on the outside of the wheelwell and i know it is becuase of the size, but i still want a stiff suspension. Any help or ideas to make this work in the cheapest way would be great. I suggest you get a set of air bags to put inside the springs and then you can adjust the height and ride quality fairly easily.
