Question for the experts. How much P.S.I. Runs through the trans. cooling lines on a TH400 and a 200R? I am considering using Earl's Tube to AN connectors on my hard lines but they are only rated at 50 P.S.I.

50 PSI line won't work. Line pressure can exceed 300 psi,(in some instances). You can expect between 75 & 300 psi.

Lube pressure (cooler line) shouldn't exceed 120 psi, and if it does even that, you have issues. No more than 70 psi, and 40-50 is ideal.

Thanks guys. Well it looks like the Earl's tube fittings are out and I'll have to fab up some new lines with 37* flares for -6 fittings. I was tryin to utilize the 5/16 lines I already have. Looks like I'll have to step up to 3/8 to go -6AN.
