I like it. Might bave to try and talk Dad into one. It puts the gauges up into your sight line better than the typical under dash 3-gauge pack. Looks cool. Who makes it?

I called em last week because I thought this was awesome. While they completely restore the dash and custom mold the pod, then vacuum cover for a factory look, $699.99 was a little out of my price range.

You have to send them your dash also to recover & add the gauges.

That is ridiculous. Who in their right mind would pay that? I would have to say that the dash would be worth maybe $350 tops. I guess they think we have VERY deep pockets. I would be surprised if they sell for than 4 or 5.

Expensive or not, Just Dashes does tons of work. Mainly for the cars that don't have repop dashes. Chevelle repops are poor, so Just Dashes will make your original just like new.

WAY too much money for me, but in those cases, for a showcar - it makes sense.

I know this is an old thread but I was searching to see if anyone had tried one of these Pod dash pads. After seeing how much it cost I now know why they have no prices listed on their site. I was prepared to drop up to 4 bills but 650 plus ? No way.

I was thinking about trying to put some gauges into a dash pad but it looks like they beat me to it. I'm thinking it couldn't be terribly hard to do, just need to find a donor dash, a gauge pod and some vinyl. What might be cooler would be to recess the gauges into the pad itself. Has anyone done this?

I'm sure it's harder than it looks - they use a heater / vacuum deal to suck the near molten vinyl down onto / around the dash. They do great work but are damn expensive.

IMO it would look kind of silly to have a "SS" dash with the gauges and then stick 3 more non matching ones along the top.

I visited Just Dashes when I was looking for dash pad replacement a few years back.. The work is unreal pro work. They do all the old classic dashes for American and foreign. Like I said , the work is top notch, but was WAY to expensive for me..If money is no object, this is the place for you..
I ended up finding a perfect untouched original for my 71 on ebay.
I think it was About $650 Just Dashes wanted..But they look BRAND new
