These forums have been a huge help and have helped with my removal of my control arms and bushings.

Stuff i've learned from here and some of my own.

I'm using a come along to hold the axle in place and make getting those bolts out easy and putting back in.

Useing a drill to drill out the rubber first, man that works great.

Using a sawsall to cut the old sleeve just enough to relieve the tension on the cup, Punches right out.

Using a spacer so you dont crush the damn thing pressing the new one in.

Now the uppers....I'll do them another year :D They are fine right now..But I did watch a guy on a video walk those rubbers right out with a drill man that was slick.

I always just remove one arm, work on it, then put it back on before removing the next one. That helps keep things lined up.
