Any tricks? The rear end is end and the body is bolted to the new frame...

The rear end can very easily come out if need be.

I just wrestled with mine...brute force is about the only way to do it smile.gif . Had to kind of un-do and re-do some of the bends.

If you're talking about the long line going to the back brakes; I did it this past summer. Most definitely you'll have to semi-straighten out some of the bends. They don't have to be straight as an arrow, just enough so you can get it through that tiny opening between the body and left side lower control arm, which is the only real problem point. It can be done. The rear doesn't need to come out.

If you're going to this trouble, I'd replace the rear flex hose, too. When connecting the flex up it's much easier to first connect the flex to the hard line then bolt the flex to top of the pumpkin rather than the reverse.

OK, so last night I got it in. Took a little teaking here and there, but no bending at all. Looks really good. Now I gotta wait for the flex line and bracket to arrive. What do you do when the little hold down clip on your axle tube is broken off?
