I am trying to post pics on Craigslist so I can get bigger pics instead of the little ones they give you. I tried [img] tags but it doesn't work. Any ideas? I've seen people with their own pics so it can be done. Thanks

I use photobucket and it should work with the HTLM code link...

I must be doing something wrong. I tried that and I get the little white boxes with the dots in them. You can click on the boxes and get to the pic but it doesn't show up on CL.

I use the top block:

HTML clickable thumbnails for Ebay, Livejournal, MySpace, etc. - recommended

Never had an issue with it not working. Just paste the code into the description block and do not use the craigslist add pictures block.

I found that if you put your pictures om your desktop. When you click the brows on CL. You click on the desktop they will come up. Double click on the picture you want.

That works where ever the pictures live at on your computer But, if you do it that way, CL will resize the pictures.

If you use the HTML link code to Photobucket, they will be full size.
You can use the HTML code to post the pictures OR just a hot link to them.

It might have been a photobucket issue. Earlier this afternoon I uploaded an ad for my GF and the ad did as you described. The pics did not show up when it displayed in the ad. However in viewing the ad from my laptop instead of the computer I used to upload the ad, the pics were there as they should be. It also could possibly be an IE 8 compatibility issue...

Thanks for the help. I used the HTML code and it is working now. If you don't use the clickable one though the pics are bigger size. Must have been a site issue for a while.
