1970 Chevelle SS ?...Can anyone tell me what holds the top of rear interior panels in? Obviously the window crank and armrest do down below, but are there supposed to be brackets on top that the panels hook on, similar to the two brackets that hold the front door panels on? Thanks in advance!

The panel slides over the U shaped weather strip in the door jam. It also slides over the cupped sheetmetal near the rear of the window. Once it's screwed down at the back, under the metal filler panel, and the arm rest is installed that's it. I found the repop U shaped weather strip was way too thick for the new panel to fit over. Had to grind it down to make things fit properly. The interior panels I bought have a polycarbonate shell instead of metal. Didn't want to fit down and catch near the rear. My friend said you can heat it up and bend it more, which he did on mine and now it fits good.
