hothckis doesnt make them. Global west does but they cost quite a bit. Does anyone know of any other manufacturers for 68 chevelle lower A arms? Or does anyone have a discount or know where to get global west for cheaper???

Whos running gloabal west??are they compatible with the stock uppers or is there a bunch of other stuff you have to upgrade as well ie: spindles, brakes etc.

As far as I know, the only makers of tubular lower arms for our cars are FatMan Fabrications and Global West.

I've seen both (I have the GW lowers) and the GW pieces look far, far stronger than the Fatman pieces.

Both arms are stock replacements, although you can get the GW's with the proper balljoint for a tall spindle-- this will eliminate having to machine the lower balljoint in the future if you ever need to replace it.

It's not necessary to run uppers and lowers from GW, but if you were going to do the lowers, you should do the uppers too. I have both on my 70, they are some sweet pieces and by far the strongest you'll see. (very pricey) I just changed mine out, so I have my stock pieces, painted (blasted, painted silver Por-15), new ball joints pressed and have the GW Del-a-lum bushings installed, I never used them (I installed them, but never driven), I would love to sell them, $300 plus ship for the pair.
