This is going to get a laugh i'm sure.....but i'm just wondering how you know whether or not you have power brakes? What are the differences between the two, I mean on how they function? Any advice/info would be appreciated. smile.gif
Also if I run a Performer RPM cam and have power brakes....

then I will need a Vacuum reservoir can also right?
Thanks in advance

On a power brakes setup, there will be a big... saucer looking booster between the master cylinder and the fire wall. Non power brakes will result it having to push the pedal in pretty hard....

ok....thank you! I thought that was the case, but i really had no idea if i was right. Apparently I do have power brakes then. There would be a line running from that to the carb too then right? a vacuum line? Just one last question, sorry, it's not too hard to install reservoir cans right?
Thanks a bunch graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Yes, there should be a vacuum line running from either the intake manifold or the carb (most likely the rear of it) to the booster.
