I'm replacing my front rotors and pads and have a question. Is there some easy way to get the outboard pad to fit snug to the caliper? How do I bend those upper tabs down while the pad is mounted? C-clamp maybe. Never done this before and I'm stuggling a little. Don't want to break anything. ;)

A big pair of channel locks works great. I fit them so that they need to be lightly tapped into the caliper.

Once you get close take a hammer a lightly tap down the tabs until they will not fit into the caliper, then tap them in.
