Have completed everything on our S-10 2" Dropped Spindle Disc Brake conversion on the '69 Elke.
Went to pick up some MOOG K5250 Offset Cross Shafts at the local NAPA. Boy do they look "CHEAP!!!"
Do Global West Offset Cross Shafts come in a quality "Steel"? We don't need aluminum.
Any info greatly appreciated.

The GW upper cross shafts are VERY beefy machined billet steel. Much stronger than the moog stuff, not to knock it or anything.

Troy As noted in our original post, the MOOG ones we saw today were "Junk/Crap". We've used MOOG ball joint before, and they looked "Great".
Will the GW Offset Shafts work on Chevelles/El Caminos or do they only work with the GW Tubular Arms?
We can't really tell from reading the info on their website. If they do, will they sell us just the offset shafts?

I'm 99% certain their shafts will work with any stock or stock replacement bushing/arm configuration as they do offer them seperately, but call to make sure!
I think they're part number 710 and are $84.99 ea; look on their webpage HERE (http://www.globalwest.net/1964-72%20A-BODIES.htm) and scroll about 1/3 of the way down.

Anyone have a used offset cross shaft that they don't need? We need it for our pattern.
