Hi, I replaced the shoes on the front my 67 El Camino this weekend and noticed that the previous installation had the shoes with the least amount of lining in the rear position. I always thought that the shoe with the most lining should be in the rear position. Now I am questioning that theory. Which is the correct way? :confused:

The short (primary) shoe is put on in the front position. This leaves the long one on the rear.

Thanks, thats what I thought and how I installed the new ones. Sometimes you catch yourself questioning though.
