I may have a chance to pick up the rear disc brake system off a T/A Fire hawk.
Does anyone know if these will work on a Chevy 12 bolt?

Yea,
You should be able to bolt them straight on. May have to switch sides depending on shock clearance and alter/buy custom brake cables if retaining the internal parking brake. I would say go for it especially if the price is right.
