Does anyone know how to measure to see if your frame is bent?

Is the body on or off? It's the same either way but easier if it's off. Anyway, just pick a couple points on the frame front and rear then measure diagonally front to back and side to side, basically making an "X" between your points. If they are not the same, it's bent. The reat lower control arm bolt and maybe say the lower shock bolts. There are holes in the frame that a body shop would reference that if you could determine those you'd have a good place. If there are no "good" or easy spots, hang plumb bobs down and mark the ground then measure between those points. That's how we used to check the race car I used to work on and that thing was wrecked ALL the time.
