anyone else have trouble with this or was i sold the wrong bar? the sway bar is at least a 1/2" to 1" too long

This is a 1" dia aftermarket bar.

weird, I mocked mine up on my 70 and they fit exactly.....probably the worng ones in your case :eek: Sorry! Is this with the suspension under load or hanging from the car?

I installed BMR uppers (adjustable) and lowers into my '70 with a 12 bolt along with a 1" GM sway bar.
No problems with the fit. :confused:
Be glad to get any measurements or photos of mine to help you work this out...

Thanks guys, Its probably the wrong bar. I think I'll just put the bar in a hydraulic bender and bend it to the right dimensions because i don't even remeber where i got it from.
