70 ss power disk brakes
hey guys is the 70 master cylinder suppose to be the rounded on with 2 clips our the square one with on clip
i believe its supposed to be 1 1/8" bore
i have bendix # 11494 for the square one
and bendix#11372 for the rounded one the resto books have both listed im confused

Most 70 original cars had the square type MC with the single hold down. Check on my web page, the master on my SS is original to the car - note it also has the bleeder screws, my car is a Jan car. I have another one at home that I will be using on the convertable. The round bowls with the two hold downs was common on 69. However they may have been used on some 70's but no originals that I have seen.
