Whats up guys, need some expert advice on what would be the ball park cost to paint a 1970 chevelle convertible ss with the stripes , considering all the body works done, besides preping. Just like to know some figures before I start looking. Thanks:beers:

Depending on the quality you are looking for, or if jambs are involved, could be around $2500. That would be base/clear with factory style stripes. No sanding or priming, just mask, prep, paint, wet sand, and buff/polish. Just curious, what colors?

I just paid $4500 and the jams were done, most of the body work was done but they did find some small dings and took cat apart to paint. It is Black and black shows everything so body work had to be perfect. They spent two weeks blocking sanding and priming on my car then sealer, base coat/clear coat black w/white stripes, they are in the process of wet sanding right now the the will buff out, and reasemble.
I think in this area you get what you pay for! I my case laser straight, No orange peel, and no dirt.
