I'm gonna be replacing the rear springs in my 70 malibu soon, and was just wondering if any of you are using moog cc507's. I want the rear to sit a little higher than the front. Just wondering how the stance and ride is with the 507's. Any pictures or comments would be great, Thanks alot!!!!

If it helps, I called the tech center at TRW. I happenned to get a guy that had the same car as mine (a 70 el camino, big block) who said that the spec'ed springs (I believe the 507s) were too high and hard, and he tried several springs to find the 501s worked the best. So that's what I ordered today, after serveral rounds of his own trial and error fitments. In any case, I recommend you give them a call, because I know of lots of people getting springs that sit TOO high and are too stiff, and the car doesn't accumulate enough mileage to settle them down, sometimes after years.

hey bud let me know what u find out I put a set of whitneys high lift springs in my 71 malibu for rear tire clearance and they are way to high??!!
