: lug nuts frankiblu May 29th, 09, 1:14 PM putting on 15x7 rally rims on my 66 today. the car had some old american racing rims on it with those acorn nuts. Conical(cone) seat and acorn seat are the same thing. Sometimes new lug nuts have a corrosion resistant coating on them that can make them a little more snug the first time you put them on. frankiblu May 29th, 09, 8:35 PM that must be it they do have like a chrome coating on them. and they are coned. thanks guys | ||
