I am trying to install front coil springs in my 67 chevelle the body is off and no engine, any tips or help is appreciated. Thanks chris

did this on the convertible when I had the body off and a bare frame. this is what I did. Take a floor jack and put it under the lower control arm. now take a chain and loop it over the top of the control arm/frame and run it under the jack.(my frame was freshly painted so I used a shop towel to protect frame from the chain) bolt the chain together so you have a circle. now when you jack the lower control arm up the jack will be putting downard pressure on the chain forcing the frame down rather than just lifting the frame. Hope this makes sense.

Just change your springs in front of a Weight-Watchers...should be plenty of volunteers.
