This came out of my 66 malibu. Someone has painted over the black parts of the dispenser and the chrome trim has surface rust on it. The rust does come off with some elbow grease, but I didn't want to mess with it too much. Anyone have a good idea of it's worth. Included are 2 photos. Thanks for any help. TLee

Ditto on eBay. I've seen them go for a bunch. Be honest with any problems and supply good, large resolution photos of the areas in question.
