Are there any differences between a 67 Chevelle rear and a 70 rear? It seems like I remember someone saying the 67 rear was shorter. Can anyone tell me?

64-67 are narrower than 68-72, not sure how much though.

Ok I thought so. Can you put the 67 rear under a 70 and it work ok?

Yes it will be fine plus you can run a little wider tire.
