I needded additional v/c clearance on my 72, so I converted from factory power disc/drum to manual disc/drum.
I used part # 101371 Master Cyl. that is Cardone brand with a deep hole and 1" bore.
I like the feel of it and it stops great while driving on the street.
At the track... It stops fine, but I need to get use to the different feel. I am slowing down a little too much and then getting off it and back on again right at the pull off.
The brakes will lock up faster during a turn now, but appear to be the same in a straight line.I was very pleased for the $25 I spent.
I have seen alot of threads here about manual master cyl. from 7/8 to 1 1/8, so just wanted to share my results.
