I bought a used Hurst shifter a while back. Basically what I got was the handle and the main body; no linkage. My problem is: the shifter body didn't have the shim plates that go between the shifter arms. I was able to pick up the shim plates and the pieces I need to rebuild the shifter body but I'm not sure exactly how the shims go in and in what order. So, if anybody has pictures or exploded views that show how it all assembles that would be great.

I would suggest contacting Hurst. They have a shifter rebuild program that seems reasonable.

From the pass side, thin shim, Rev lever, thick shim, 1-2 lever, 3-4 lever, curved shim.

Billy 2, where did you get the shims and other parts for the rebuild?
