: Happy with circle track springs

It started when I wanted to lower the front of my 66 chevelle. I did some research on TC and found guys using the circle track springs with the adjustable spacers. Well I went for it and bought 500LB springs and the spacers. This is mainly a street car that I take to the track a couple times a year so I wasn't looking for stiff springs for road racing. I have stock uppers and lowers and stock sway bar. I did my own front end alignment with my Fastrax tool and got 1/4* camber 1.5* camber and 1/16th toe. I have edelbrock IAS shocks.
I have the height set 2 1/2" lower than the stock BB springs were at. The rear is stock springs with IAS shocks and an HRparts anti roll bar.
I must say I love the way the chevelle handles now. Tracks super straight and corners very well. The springs are not super stiff but when you throw it into a corner there is very little body roll. Feels like a different car and I love it.
So if you have been on the fence about doing this then I would say go for it. Price is right, you get to set your ride height and excellent handling to boot

I can't think of one person who regretted the swap.

speedway has good adjusters. just be sure to get the "tall adjusters". i used them with the AFCO springs. mine is PST poly/graphite front end 550lb. springs and 1.25 front bar. QA1 adjustables shocks. my sbc with alum heads, manifold and the A/C removed feels pretty stiff with the 550's but not uncomfortable even here on the terrible streets of Turkey.

Southwest speed for the springs and Speedway for the tall adjusters.

Does anyone have a pic of the circle track springs and adjusters in the car or on the bench prior to install?? I'm having a hard time SEEING this in my feeble mind~ I need to get the frontend up off the floor with the SPC lower arms.

the spc arms will lower it more than stock arms.. the lowers though IIRC...

thats all i have, i thought i had more
the small adjuster sits on the flat end of the spring, and goes up into the frame. the rounded pig tail style end goes in the a arm.
