I just replaced my 750 Edelbrock Street Performer with a Holley 770 last night and have to say I never expected the performance difference. I woke up early this morning and tuned it in, then went to a local car show. While driving over there I played a little bit, the low end acceleration is amazing.
I have nothing bad to say about the Edelbrock, it is a great carb , but wow!!!!
My 454 is a different motor.

I know!! but at the time I just wanted to get that thing up and running again.
I did not know that it would be that much difference.

The 770 is one of my all time fav carbs. Hard to believe that a carb can make it seem like you have a different motor...they sure can!
Now, try a 950HP and it will feel like you have another motor :D

I'm sure theres alot of happy edelbrock carb users out there. They are a large co. with some good stuff to use from carbs to exhaust backed up with expert technology and research.
That's why I have Holley's on all my musclecars:D
