Is there any clamp big enough to hold on the bumper pad on while the glue sets or I use the 3M tape ,I am working alone THANKS

Should the bottom of the pad be flush with the bumper just above the license plate

so the pad bottom does line up with the bottom of the bumper on the top of the license plate THANK

The pad i got from Groundup was contoured to fit the bumper. I just laid it in there and clamped it tight.
