I'm gathering parts to swap the original powerglide to a 700r4 in my '67 El Camino. What would you recommend for a crossmember to give a clean look that would look correct in a stock restoration. Any good sources?
Any advice on the swap for a novice? Anything I shouldn't do?

You need one these. Not sure, just noticed you have and elky. They also have them for convertibles.
