I won an Ebay auction in December 1st of 2008 and the experience couldn't have been more of a nightmare. These goons managed to get booted from Ebay the very same day as I won the lot. Since I no longer had Ebay protection, they played me good. I payed via PayPal and they were experts at making me believe my item was back ordered but on it's way. I let the PayPal protection expire waiting for the item. Now I'm totally screwed. The salesman keeps saying the refund is on it's way but it's obvious he is lying. How hard can it be to issue a refund to a PayPal account. Takes about 30 seconds...right? Bottom line: SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEART ACHE AND AVOID AUTO OBSESSIONS AKA AutoObsessions.com

File a chargeback through paypal, paypal sucks and protects buyers more than sellers.

Yeah...so did I !! That's why I didn't pull the plug on them earlier. I had a good experience the first time and it gave me a false sense of security that things would fall into place. After 11 long distance calls (yeah, 11...I feel stupid now), the same song and dance kept playing over and over. "It's on back order. Should be here next week."

What did you order from them and how did you pay.If paid by credit card and you never recieved the item contact your credit card company and let them know,they should refund your money and they will go after Auto Obsession.
