The last time I changed it I had a key. Yhis time I lost keys. Is there any easy way or secrets to replacing this with no key?

One way is to find other people with Chevrolet cars from that era, (Chevrolet, Chevelle, Nova, Pickups) and try their keys. There were not a lot of key codes so not many trys may find a key that works.

Another way is to remove the door locks, take them to a lock smith and have a new key made.

Remove the Passenger Door Lock. There is a 4 Digit Code stamped on it. Bring the Lock and Code to your Locksmith and he will be able to cut you a new key by code.
