'68 SS 396 Elky with original 4 piston disc brakes: Are the front flex lines interchangeable with drums? Ground Up says they are but i'm not convinced..... the person/persons at G/Up did'ent know either....they called the brake line manufacturer to get the answer. The rub of the whole thing is that the package these lines arrived in clearly says for DRUM brakes! (And as a bonus they are not even near original as advertised)

unless the 4 piston calipers have a different way of connecting to the line, then the single piston calipers, then they are not the same. the difference between the drum and disc lines is in the way they go thru the bracket bolted to the frame. i doubt they are the same. best thing might be to try them?
