I bought all the brakes/hardware and the front and rear brake hoses, they are rubber with metal ends, for the Chevelle.
The question is...Where are the rear brake hoses???? I see brake lines going to the brakes, but they are steel/metal/aluminum...So, if anyone can stop laughing for a second :D and let me know what the heck i'm doing over here, I would appreciate it. The reason I said don't be drinking is because I didn't want anyone spitting their drink all over their computer. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Dude,

The rear flexible rubber brake line runs from the frame to a point above the rear ends differential. A 3-way t-fitting (usually bolted to a bracket on the diff bolts) provides connection for the rubber line to the hard lines that goes to the wheel cylinders.

Do you have a manual? Even a cheapie from the auto parts store will have a couple pictures.

I'm guessing you are working out of a shop? Is it a Base Auto Hobby shop?

In fact, I thnk there are a few in the "Tech Ref" section.

Not a stupid question at all. The rear flex line is located right above your differential pumpkin. While you are there, you might want to change out the rubber lines for the gas tank as well.

Yep, just one hose for the rear. The "tee" fitting ties into the steel tubing lines that go to each rear wheel cylinder.
