Anyone seen rebuild kits for Delco Remy Brake boosters on the market. Would like to rebuild mine as it is original but can seem to locate anyone selling the kits.

Try NAPA-----Or the chevy parts dept.
I have got them there in the past. HTH

Booster or master cylinder? Not sure how to put a booster back together without special tooling. Maybe I'll learn something.

I am interested rebuilding the booster. I am sure it can be accomplished. It appears that the two halves lock together with a twist. I haven't torn it down yet. Always wait till I get the parts before I tackle that part of the project.

I haven't found any part suppliers for the vacuum diaphragm. They are spring loaded inside to boot. Best to send it to Steve Gregory for overhaul

no retail kits available for sale. Only rebuilders can get kits.

Just trying to "imagineer" a jig to hold the halves while assembling/disassembling has me scared. Stuff under spring pressure is scary. Do a search here, I remember a few posts about rebuilding and re-chromate plating.
