Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. Anyways, I was working on my car today & took a little break and was looking over the build sheets that I found under my rear seat last year. I had found 2. I had never really studied them to much before but after further inspection, I realized the 2nd build sheet was for a different car. The VIN and Sequence number indicate the car was right before mine on the assembly line at the Kansas City plant. It would be awesome if I could find the owner and give them their build sheet.
After doing some research, I found out that the car would be a 1970 El Camino with VIN:134800K147249 that was shipped to Tony Sgroi Chevrolet in St. Louis, MO. It was a customer order, not a dealer order. The build sheet indicates that it was ordered with a 350 2bbl./250 h.p. and a 2.56 Posi rear end.
Obviously this car could be anywhere but, in the amazing event someone on this forum (or someone that you may know) is the owner of a '70 El Camino with the above VIN number (and always wished they had the build sheet), please let me know. I'd be happy to help out a fellow Chevelle lover and give them the build sheet.
