I have a -- for the paint code on my 70. I heard it could be an ordered color or a stripe delete car. The car is black now, is this correct?

- - means not standard paint color, not likely to mean stripe delete since stripes were only on ZL3 ducted hood cars in 1970.

It will be hard to determine what color is was painted because it could be any color under the rainbow as long as the customer was willing to pay for it.
