Rich70 Jul 14th, 99, 8:15 PM i'm taking apart my 307 that i just pulled from my 70 chevelle. i don't have room to store it. is there anything of value that i should keep? i plan to save the cam cause it's not stock and the heads cause they just had a valve job. the cylinder walls are in good condition but i heard 307's aren't highly sought after. thanks. (Sorry just had to get that out of my system, proud owner of a '70 with a 307 http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif) I heard sometime ago on tech, that the pushrods??? or something having to do with the top end was of great value to drag racers!? You know you can throw in a 350 crank and have yourself a 327. Oil pan and intake and exhaust manifolds interchange with a 350??? Not sure.
