Can someone de-code these numbers. I'm probably missing some do to the rust. This is off my 67 SS. I will get a pic of the cowl tag later.

Parish is the Mfg.
3893329 is the part number
xx 19 66 is the date -I can't make out the first 2 digits.
3 might be shift

Can make better guess if we knew TRIM TAG Build Date of car.

Well, they were done building 66's by that time :D
