I just got my new 454 (Gen 5) running in my '71 Chevelle. The car was originally a 350 4 barrel car and the throttle cable got ripped apart back during the removal of the small block. I looked at Ausleys Chevelle parts but they show 3 different cables but I can't tell which one I need in my application with a 454 and an Edelbrock carb. Here are the three listed. Any help on which I need to order would be appreciated.

1. Chevelle Throttle Cable, Small Block, 4-Barrel Carburetor, 1968-1972 (I'm guessing this is the one I originally had)
2. Chevelle Throttle Cable, Big Block, 4-Barrel Carburetor, For All Except 1970-72 High Performance 396 & 454ci, 1968-1972 (This is the one I'm guessing since it was probably for a Quadrajet carb)
3. Chevelle Throttle Cable, Big Block, 4-Barrel Carburetor, For High Performance 396 & 454ci, 1970-1972 (This one I'm guessing is for a Holley carb)

it depends on what you are using for a bracket on the intake..
junkyards are full of good donor vehicles- trucks work good for things like throttle cables.
