i have a chance to buy some chevelle parts. but if i do i will have to take what i need and sell the rest to get back my money since im unemployed. what does a fender go for for a 1969-68 chevelle that need just a lower patch panel?

68 and 69's are different, dimensionally the same, but have a different sized marker light hole. I have sold them for anywhere from $50 to $100 depending on condition, and needing the outer skin patch on the bottom rear.

68 or 69?
I used to scrap fenders like that but since you can't get GM fenders anymore and it is a gamble on getting an after market fender that fits now, I would think they would be worth $50.00.

If you order six after market fenders, you might get three or four that fit.
