That's because it's listed in my Chevrolet parts book (August 1971) under Chevelles but out of sequence and I missed it. graemlins/clonk.gif and it shows CRT as a 454/360 LS5 w/manual trans. The Chevelle decoder program sold here on TC doesn't list a CRN or CPN. However, digging into the GM "Restoration Kit" it does show a CRN but doesn't show a CRT...go figure. The Monte Carlo is part of the Chevelle 13xxx series. Just like the El Camino is part of the Chevelle 13xxx series. Thats why you don't find engines listed for Monte Carlo or El Camino in the part catalogs, they are included in Chevelle models and most all were used for both. | ||
