I'm replacing the center link on my 66 and the replacement part that I've got does not have grease fittings on it. It measures exactly the same, but it's solid metal where the grease fittings should be. Can it still be used or should I find another with the fittings?

I just ordered one from a seller on E-Bay, that was 20.00 cheaper than the price at Autozone or Advance, and it had the grease fittings on them. This was for my 68, but I know he sells them for your car as well. Get the right one, and get your money back on the one you have now.
