3970010: 350 produced between 69 and 75, comes in two and four bolt mains.

J172: October 17, 1972

V: Flint Michigan Plant
1218: December 18th assembly date
CKK: 3 or 4 speed 175 horse, Nova, Chevelle, Camaro

Not sure about the rest of those numbers, the rest of that I got out of "Chevy by the Numbers" by Alan L. Colvin
