I just replaced the tail panel on my 66 SS, it was from Goodmark. It fit okay, but as they say, you have to work with it a little, not like NOS for sure. I here they are all made by the same company, no matter where you buy it, but i don't know for sure. Be sure to test fit it a lot with the quarter panels extensions and trunk lid on. I had to enlarge the holes for the extension studs to go through. Also had to work with it a little where the trunk lid bumbers hit the tail panel. Take your time and you'll be fine.

I replaced the tail panel on the 66 as well - Goodmark - it fit well.
