ST 69 13637 KAN - 1969 Malibu Two Door Hardtop V8 built in Kansas City.
TR 756 - Black bucket seat interior.
PNT 69 69 - Cortez Silver, no vinyl top.
10E - Build date, October, 1968, fifth week.
BDY 142098 - Not of any significance, some type of plant number.
04154 L - Don't know.

13637 ~ Probably (and most likely) a V8 but this is a Fisher Body code and not a GM model code. Numerous examples of 64 and 65 Chevelles in particular have been reported with *V8* type body code but a 6-cyl VIN. The VIN is the true test of a V8 or 6-cyl - except the 66 to 68 SS cars with 13817/37/67 body tags.
142098 ~ the Fisher Body unit number assigned for tracking.
04154 ~ found in block 24 of the build sheet and is a data processing sequence number, again for tracking the car only during assembly.
L ~ Lots of speculation on that one and still unknown.
