I have a rear differencial housing, I beleive that is off a 1968 Chevelle. The code is: "2AY 0 108. Can someone help me out to what this is?

I want to use this on my 1967 Buick Skylark "A" Body. Will it work?

68 is wider than 67 by an inch. Might make for tire clearance issues.
