I have a 69 chevelle with a 350 block in it, it had a home made power steering pump bracket on it when i got it which has now broken. it was causing the pump to press against the pressure hose anyway. I have bought the correct fitting kit for the year and engine (at least i was assured it was) which is a 3 piece bracket set. the problem i have is that it came without instructions and i can't find fitting instructions or diagrams anywhere. none of my manuals say how to fit it.
I live in the uk so don't know anywhere here that i can contact. does anyone have any diagrams, pictures or instructions on where to attach the various parts of the 3 piece kit?

This should be the bracket set you have:

The "long' bracket goes from the exhaust manifold bolt to the motor mount bolt. Has a 'center hole' that is used for the adjuster. Flip it back and forth to see which end is which......
The "cradle" looking bracket hangs from a "boss" on the LONG water pump and wraps around the pump.
The "adjuster" bracket, (3 holes and slot) bolts to pump itself (back side) and bumps up against the "long" bracket.
If you mock this up on the bench it makes more sense. Then mount to engine.
Hope this helps.

The long bracket he is referring too, the mount that goes to the side that is in front of the exhaust manifold add a piece of small dia. pipe for a spacer incase you have installed headders. Cut the pipe it to proper spacing. The other side of the bracket is mounted under the motor mount. hope this will help you.

Thanks both, that is the set i have and yes i do have headers installed. your instructions do seem to make sense, I will as you suggest mock it up on the bench and go from there.
thanks again.
