I am changing a 3 core radiator to a new 4 core radiator on my 67 big block. It will pull the radiator 3/4" closer to the fan blade. In order to keep the fan half in and half out of the shroud, I need a new shorter fan spacer. I need a 1 1/2" spacer. I can find stuff locally that is hot rod stuff, but I want an original appearing fan spacer. Does anyone have any ideas, experience, or know of a source for these?
Thank you,

I have seen them on e-bay since there NOT reproducing them. Next-Try calling some of the larger Auto Salvage Yards. You will also be able to get there 1-800 numbers by scrooling down to them on e-bay. Try plugging in 67 Chevelle fan blade. I definately have seen them for sale. I also would want to keep it stock looking too. Too much billet around these days...

Thanks Bob. Installed a new radiator today and had to use a billet spacer temporarily. Works great but not for me. Thanks for the tips. I will keep looking.

Thanks Bob. I am going there now. Not very good with ebay so if I get hung up I may have to ask for direction.
Have a great weekend.
Sunny and 80 in Lansing, MI today. Winter seemed like 10 months this year.

Know anyone with a lathe? pretty easy to shorten your existing one....the only thing is that the centre hole bump will have a hole in it, but there is enough meat on it to have a shoulder that engages the fan...

I needed one right about 1/2" thick to work with my setup. CNC mill did the trick nicely.
I need a 1 1/2" spacer.
I have a factory 1" spacer and a 1 1/2" spacer, you can have either one.
The 1 1/2" spacer has a smaller bolt circle than the 1" spacer, so I will need to know the width on center, P/M me if you are still interested.

If you have a correct water pump and water pump flange for 67, then you need the small bolt pattern 1 3/4"
