Do anyone know if there is a spacer that goes beteen the support and the waher jug holder on a 67 SS Conv. This is a Canadian built SS396 4 speed Conv . In the manual it looks like it does, where would i get one. Thanks for any help Diks SS

A washer jug holder is a washer jug holder from what I know of for a '67.....with that said, mine doesn't and didn't have a spacer when I took it off the car for disassembly. I'm sure it'd never been off since installed at the factory. I don't think a spacer exists.

This is a one piece assembly that is made up of two pieces of metal spot welded together. There was a guy on this site couple of years ago that only had the half of the assembly that held the bottle and couldn't figure out how to mount it because the other half was missing. They don't look like they'd come apart, but somehow his had. Can you post a picture of what you have?

I can't post a pic but it is just one piece flat on the back with 3 holes to bolt it on . I thought it would just bolt on to the rad cradle, but it don't there are 3 holes in the cradle with the same pattern. It was bolted to the firewall when i got the car ,so maybe it isn't the right one. Do you have a pic you can send Thanks Dirks SS
