Replacing a Grant wheel on my 70 Chevelle with a 71 Chevelle wheel,there is a tan plastic ring under the horn button with one wire going to the horn,can I use the same plastic ring on the Chevelle wheel THANKS

There should be instructions for using the supplied parts. I did the same thing and I believe I reused the spring and the plastic reainer for the horn contact.

I bought the steering wheel from someone on this site.

You should be able to use it but im not sure. I believe when you buy the column adapter it comes with all the parts to change it over.
